Founded in 1974, Alliance Consumer Group (also known as ACG Brands) is a multi-national consumer products company based in Fort Worth, Texas with additional support offices in Poole, United Kingdom and Ningbo, China. Current brands owned by ACG include: NEBO flashlights, portable power, and other lighting solutions, TRUE everyday carry tools and knives, THAW personal heating products, and HALO power banks.
Products
We are a product company at our core. Our purpose is to craft authentic products that enhance adventures and everyday life. Throughout our more than 45 year history, we've innovated in a number of categories and have crafted our products carefully, building them with the purpose of enhancing the lives of our customers.
Today, our company owns 6 core brands of products. Those brands are NEBO (flashlights, portable power, and other lighting solutions), TRUE (pocket knives, pocket tools, and everyday carry gadgets), THAW (personal heating products), and HALO (power banks).
Global Distribution
Our products are sold in more than 50 countries and can be found in more than 50,000 retail stores worldwide.
In addition to retail stores, our products can also be purchased here on our own website or on popular shopping sites like Amazon.com and Walmart.com.
We own and operate two of our own global distribution centers located in the US and the UK in addition to our many distribution partners through the globe.
